I was browsing through the United Methodist Church’s Communication [UMCom] website this evening [disclosure: I’m an active member of the UMC] and revisited their section on conducting a Communication Audit. How often do we go through old brochures, content on our websites, and other spaces where we’ve sent information? How many people have we misdirected because our information isn’t kept current in ALL the places we want people to look?
